What is your cancellation policy?

If you choose to cancel enrollment before the first day of your camp session, all payments will be refunded MINUS the $150 non-refundable deposit. We are unable to issue any refunds after a session has already started.

Game Worlds also reserves the right to cancel a camp session due to insufficient enrollment. If Game Worlds cancels a session, all fees will be fully refunded.
